Session Quick Actions

How to Guide on Using Quick Actions 

1. Once you have created your session in the app. 
2. Open the session and you will see a widget appear at the bottom of the screen prompting you to start the session early.  Tap start session and the session will be started.
3. If you would like to start a segment tap 'new segment'. 
4. The new segment will start running and you have the option to set the time of the segment, or you can tap end segment when the segment ends. 
5. If you tap the segments tab on the top bar you will see all your segments and the active one you have running.
6. Once you end the segment you can also duplicate the segment.  A new segment will appear below and start running
7. If you have multiple segments running at once, you can choose which segment the quick actions widget is controlling by expanding the widget and choosing another segment from the list.
8. Once you end your final segment and the session has ended you can tap 'end session' 
9. If your session has not ended and the session needs to restart  you have the option to tap 'continue session' and the session will restart.
