How To Use Org Management
Manage athletes, staff, and club resources across your whole organisation from one place.
Before you begin: Org Management is only available on the web app, and only to users with the Org Admin role. If you can't see it, contact your organisation's Org Admin or your PlayerData account manager.
Accessing Org Management
- Log in to the PlayerData web app.
- Select Org Management from the side bar.
Copying Athletes between Clubs
You can use this for end-of-season moves, players training up an age group, or setting up a new club.
- Open the Athletes Management section of Org Management.
- Search or browse to find the athletes you need — you can view athletes from every club in your organisation.
- Select one or more athletes.
- Choose Copy to club and pick one or more destination clubs.
- Review the validation warnings. PlayerData flags athletes who already exist in a target club or have email conflicts, so you don't create duplicates.
- Check the final summary: how many athletes, which clubs, what will happen, then confirm.
- Review the post-action summary of successes, skips, and any failures.

Permissions- Managing Org Admins
Only Org Admins can grant or revoke the Org Admin role.
- Open the Members page under the Organisation tab.
- Find the staff member and select the ⋮ (three dots) icon.
- Choose Promote to Org Admin or Revoke Org Admin.
There's no limit on the number of Org Admins, but you can't revoke the last one — every organisation keeps at least one.
In a newly created club, the first staff member is automatically made an Org Admin. Org Admins show a subtle indicator in club member lists so your staff always know who to contact.
FAQS
Can I copy athletes to multiple clubs at once?
Yes. After selecting athletes, choose Copy to club and select as many destination clubs as you need in one action.
Will copying an athlete affect their data in the original club?
No. Copies are independent. Changes made in the destination club won't affect the athlete's profile or data in the original club.
What happens if an athlete already exists in the destination club?
PlayerData flags this during validation so you can review before confirming. You won't accidentally create duplicates.
Can I use Org Management on the mobile app?
No — Org Management is web-only. There's no mobile admin experience.
