We'll take you through how to pause or cancel your individual subscription within the app.
- Open the PlayerData app on your phone.
- Click the 'MORE' section in the bottom right of the screen (If you don't
see this you will need to update your mobile app). - Scroll down to 'Manage Subscription' and click on your subscription details.
- Select 'Cancel Subscription' from the links below your subscription details.
- Input your reason for cancelling and select 'Cancel'
- Your subscription is now cancelled and you will no longer be able to upload any data collected from this point.
