This article will show how to create a custom report with our new flexible reporting tool.

How to Create a Report

  2. To create a new report, start by entering a report name and choose your preferred date format, then select a start and end date.Once that’s set, tap “Create Report.”

  3. Tap Add a new chart  and on the left hand side you can begin to choose you data for your X and Y axis. Then scroll down to choose the chart type you would like to create.
    1. In this report example we have selected Session date on the x axis and Distance on the Y axis.
  4. Data will populate into your chart where you can now customise this further.  By default, the data aggregation will be set to sum.
    1. To amend this tap the aggregation drop down. in the example above we have selected  Average by Athlete
  5. To alter the timeframe of your x axis tap the Timeframe drop down and choose from the options of daily, weekly and monthly.
    1. in this example, weekly has been selected so the data will show the average distance covered each week.
  6. All athletes will be included in the report by default. To exclude any athletes tap the Athletes dropdown and deselect them.
  7. To filter the chart by matches or training tap the Session Type dropdown to change this.
  8. Using the info icon on the top bar you can also add data labels to your chart.
  9. Finally you can name your chart at the top bar and tap save. Once saved you can duplicate the chart by tapping the Two Page Icon in the top bar of the chart and select duplicate chart.
  10. After duplicating the chart you can now edit the new one. For example you can charge the metric on the Y axis from Distance to High intensity running.
  11. Finally, now  that your charts are ready, you can download them individually using the Download Chart button on each one, or scroll to the top of the page and select “Download Report” to export everything at once.
