Connect Gateway Basics
Get to know your PlayerData Connect Gateway with this useful guide.

Powering on the Gateway
- To Turn ON: Push the side Power Switch DOWN towards the bottom of the gateway.
- On position is in the middle of the switch.

- Leave gateway on for a few minutes until the Network Connection Indicator turns green.
Resetting the Gateway
If you need to Reset Your Device: Hold the side switch DOWN for 5-10 seconds until all three lights flash and it resets
Note: There is a 5-10 second delay in LED lights when powering off your Gateway. Please be patient!
Connecting EDGE Units to Gateway
Complete steps in-app to create a session and assign your gateway. (See Creating a Live Session Guide).
Look for the ⚡ Lightning Bolt Icon on the EDGE unit to confirm it is connected to the gateway.
Charging the Gateway
The Connect Gateway has a USB-C Charging Port located at the bottom of the device. Please use the provided power cable.
Power Indicator Light (When Charging): 🔴 Red = Charging 🟢 Green = Fully charged
It takes 2-3 hours to get to FULL charge. The Connect Gateway lasts approximately 5 hours per full charge.
Tip: Charge overnight for best performance, and charge after every use.
Firmware Requirements
Edge Unit Firmware: For optimal performance with your Connect Gateway, V2 Units should be on Firmware Version 0.2.229
