The number of sprints and sprint distance can be effected by your speed zones, here is a guide on how to change them. Video Guide
- In the PlayerData mobile app, tap the more button in the bottom right corner and scroll to app setting and press 'club speed zones' and you will see your Unit of Measurement and Speed Zones.
- Underneath the measurement you will see that there are speed zones listed for U16, U20, Over 20 and Custom. Here you can choose what will suit your club best.
- Once you have chosen, click the green ‘Save’ button at the bottom.
These are the recommended values you should add:
Sprinting - 85% Top Speed
High intensity - 70% Top Speed
Medium Intensity - 50% Top speed
Low intensity - 35% Top speed
Jogging - 25% Top speed
