The number of sprints and sprint distance can be effected by your speed zones, here is a guide on how to change them. Video Guide
- In the PlayerData mobile app, tap the more button in the bottom right corner
- Scroll to "App setting" and press "Club speed zones" . Here you will see your Unit of Measurement and Speed Zones.
- Underneath the measurement you will see that there are speed zones listed for U16, U20, Over 20 and Custom. Here you can choose what will suit your club best.
- Once you have chosen, click the green "Save" button at the bottom.
These are the recommended values you should add:
Sprinting - 85% Top Speed
High intensity - 70% Top Speed
Medium Intensity - 50% Top speed
Low intensity - 35% Top speed
Jogging - 25% Top speed
